Is there a deposit required to book our event?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to book your event that will be applied to the total of your package.  If you need to change the date and time, the deposit will carry over to the new date; otherwise, it is a non-refundable deposit if you cancel the reservation.

What form of payment does The Vintage Farmhaus accept?

Our preferred method of payment is check or cash.

When can we tour the venue?

We’re happy to set up a private tour of our venue most days of the week.  Please contact us directly to schedule a mutually agreeable date and time.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We are a small venue and our niche is providing a venue for small events up to 40 people where we can best accommodate your party in an intimate setting.  The French doors of the Garden Cottage open to a paved patio that makes for perfect entertaining inside and out.

What are the on-site accommodations at The Vintage Farmhaus?

At the Vintage Farmhaus we have all the amenities you need to feel at home and relaxed on your big day.  Our venue offers on-site accommodations with access to our farmhouse kitchen for any catering needs, an inside restroom for guests, and a bridal dressing room (come hair and makeup ready) included in the Micro-Wedding Package only.  Most guys arrive already dressed for the ceremony.  Additionally, there are many warm and inviting outdoor spaces on our property for your enjoyment.

Do we bring our own decorations?

The grounds and gardens at the Vintage Farmhaus provide a beautiful backdrop for any event; however, we encourage you to bring your own table decorations, balloons, swags, plates, napkins, plasticware, and other decor that suits your event theme.  Glitter, confetti, confetti balloons, and rice are prohibited as well as faux floral petals that are being tossed.  Command hooks are acceptable forms of hangers in most areas.  If in doubt, please ask.  NOTE:  Client/vendors are responsible for removing all decorations and miscellaneous items at the conclusion of the event including taking all gift boxes.

Can we use our own vendors or do we have to use yours?

You are welcome to use your own vendors, and you are free to choose your own caterer.  If you need recommendations, we have a list of preferred vendors with great reputations to exceed your expectations.

What are your months of operation?

Our operating months for outdoor weddings is April – November.  The "I Do" wedding ceremonies can be accommodated in the Garden Cottage in the off-season upon request.  Photography sessions can be booked year-round.
